Heinrich Georg Pannen has many years of experience in the full range of intellectual property and copyright law. His work includes conducting registration proceedings, opposition and appeal proceedings, as well as nullity and appeal proceedings before the German Patent and Trademark Office, the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), and the Federal Patent Court.
His focus is on managing national and international intellectual property portfolios, particularly in the areas of trademarks and designs. He specializes in trademark and design law proceedings and represents his clients in infringement proceedings before the ordinary courts throughout Germany. His practice also covers patent, competition, and copyright law.
Since being admitted to the bar in 1994, he has continuously expanded his expertise in intellectual property law and has since worked in law firms and patent law firms specializing in this field. He studied at the University of Cologne and the University of Montpellier.
